6/10. cool track that reminds me of Kraftwerk a bit. Hearing it made me switch from what I planned to link to this:

MC 900ft Jesus - Falling Elevators

There were a few of his that I couldn't decide to post, but ultimately I settled on this one. I believe this falls under the "acid jazz" style, though I don't recall. Listening to it makes me feel as if I am in a David Lynch film

Ha! I expected it wouldn't be for everyone. Now I can post the song I was initially intending. But first...

5/10 - musically it's good, but I can't get past the singer's voice. I have the same issue with Doves; love their music but hate the singer.

That's a great song! I am looking them up on allmusic.com, but they are not to be found there. Wiki has a small writeup about them, but it's not much. Are the rest of their songs this good? Is it worth the buy?

This thread needs to never die, because it's a great way for us all to find new music. It's a shame it hasn't caught on the way others have. Let's keep this going!

7/10. Sounds like in would have fit in well in the '80's alongside some OMD. Really liked it.

Not something I would listen to again, but I appreciate the David Lynch vibe. It could have been on the Twin Peaks 90s soundtrack.

8/10 Very Smooth. Went down like a Dominican cigar with a tequila chaser. Keeping the international theme going...

Very good. Not only do I like the song, but I think I generally like the sound. I may investigate this band further.

5/10 I dig low key, but the repetition was a turn off.

I listened to that Sunny day in Glasgow, and damn I agree it is great. Reminds me of old 4AD stuff. I will definitely be checking them out further.

8/10. I did not care for it at first, but as it went on I really dug it. the video was pretty awesome too. I need to really broaden my musical horizons.
