Would love to, but Tiger fans on their way home after a day at the stadium dropping in on two unknown artists for $8 is unlikely. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Would a lit up sign out by the road advertising the bar and entertainment be an option?
There's a zillion people that passed the bar up in their cars from river road

I tend to agree... That's a tough sell after a full day of hard drinking and cheering..

Especially after a night game
But I think maybe putting a lit up sign out by the road might help lure some folks wanting to get a drink.

When the cab picked me up at my house, I got a call from WOR to go scoop him up. When I get there, he changed his damn mind. I was pissed and ended up just staying around my house at BD! Sounds like I missed an incredible show though

Did cotton tell you about our drunken jam session at my house?

I know you have no control over when an artist is rolling through, but a show after a night game is an awful idea. I really wanted to see Austin again, I was at his show in the spring, but after 13 hours tailgating in the heat and going to the game, there was zero chance of me making it to the show. hopefully he'll get booked again in the near future.

Moreland's next show in NOLA is with Caleb Caudle on 11/4, which is a Monday. They'll be in Lafayatte the night before.

I might have to make one of those

I'd like to road trip to Austin to see him w/ Isbell next month but they both play closer pretty often.

I will be at the Austin show. Saw Isbell play an acoustic in-store last month and it was incredible so I can't even imagine how the two of them will be together.
Holy shite. Just saw that Moreland is playing with the Dirty River Boys later this month in Tulsa. That will be a hell of a show. Might have to road trip for that party.

I've never heard one man and a guitar fill a room like that. Mine, and everyone else's, jaw was on the floor. I'm still in awe.

dead silent, then thunderous applause
