Are we looking for the best representation of 80s music or best soundtrack from films released in the 80s?
If the latter, I would submit Urban Cowboy (Charlie Daniels, Anne Murray, Eagles, Buffett, Johnny Lee) or Iron Eagle (Queen, Dio, Katrina and the Waves,)
