For us older dudes who don’t think he destroyed Genesis. Could be the last chance to see him.

I’m sure it will be a pretty entertaining show, but it’s not one I’d go out of my way to attend.

There’s so much live footage of him in concert available to watch.

Yes, the radio station in Atlanta was talking about this. I'm not a big fan of his but I did like the name of his recent tour in England. Not dead yet tour. That's pretty catchy for us old folks

Maybe you're just not old enough.

I would go against all odds just to be able to feel it in the air that night.

I dunno. I appreciate both versions of Genesis. They were both great in my opinion. I love em both and I love solo Phil right up to the Disney stuff. He lost me there.

I’ve always had a guilty love for Phil Collins. He wrote some awesome pop songs in the 80’s that were part of the background to my childhood. Back in the very early 2000’s he came to play City Stages in Birmingham, and my mom got back stage passes that she gave to me, so I took my then-girlfriend and we got to meet him before the show. It was kind of awkward, he pretty clearly didn’t really want to be there, but still, Phil Collins, right?

Then we went out to watch the show, and he proceeded to do nothing but play drums to a bunch of jazz/big band songs. He didn’t sing a single note and didn’t play a single one of his hits. Worst concert I’ve ever attended.

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work.

British humor. He was just in the mood to troll a bunch of rednecks that night.

Never was a big fan of his. His music just sounds like the definition of bland.
