When Will I - Live on Austin City Limits 1999
Just amazing!!
Have been listening to him since seeing this performance in 1999. Voted at one in point in time by all major guitar magazines as one of the top 50 guitar players of all-time even though he has never been a mainstream artist. He despises the music industry and what it stands for so all of his albums have been released on independent labels.

I know of him b/c then girlfriend/current wife was a huge fan of him in the late 90's. I've seen him a couple of times live and yes, dude can play. His longtime and even his current bassist are no slouches either.

I've seen him a couple of times live. Last time was 4 or so years ago at the Saxon Pub in ATX. My luthier turned me onto him 10 years ago. He is good but if you aren't into technical guitar playing you get bored. My wife, who is into music, was not loving him.

its kinda like Tommy Emmanuel - mindblowingly, face-meltingly good - to the point of total disbelief
