I got this 2016 PRS CE24 yesterday, bought it off Reverb. I think it's a Sweetwater exclusive Satin blackout, but not sure, not that it matters. It's a keeper for sure. I ordered a Mannmade trem bridge to replace the stock one.

I bought a used chinese guitar this past week that has me floored.
After tweaking it, it is one of the finest sounding/playing dreadnought guitars I have ever had in my hands.
I can't believe the build quality of this thing, down to the smallest details.
Except for the headstock and bridge design, it's an exact copy of a Martin D-45 and even sounds like one. I don't know how they do it.
The real abalone inlay is flawless, as is every joint and bit of binding.
It has a beautiful solid spruce top, which appears to be Adirondack, solid rosewood sides. I can't tell if the back is laminated, or maybe solid with a 4 piece veneer just to show off. Bleached bone nut and saddle. The tuners have the Grover logo on them and look great, but they don't feel like real Grovers to me, even though they work OK. They feel just a tad sloppy.
The headstock and label inside say Zuwei, style ZW-4117.
It's the first of these me or any of my knowledgeable guitar friends have seen, and they are as stunned by this thing as I am. I bought it with a hard case for $325.
It doesn't have electronics, but I think I'm gonna add the L.R Baggs Hi-Fi setup.
My friend took some photos of it, maybe I can post them this week.

I love the CE series, the classic PRS body recipe is tonally rich and versatile, but the maple neck and bolt-on construction gives it a sweet Strat-like percussive snap. The b/o feature also fuels ridiculous criticism from the hack corksniffers and tire-kickers in social mediadom, meaning the CEs' prices stay reasonable for the actual working players out there. Unsure why it needed a bridge upgrade, the OEM is just fine, but killer score!

When I bought my LP type guitar a PRS almost jumped into my car. It had a great neck.

The bridge is fine, I'm definitely keeping this one so I just wanted to put in a brass vs steel bridge with polished saddles. Definitely unnecessary though.

I’ve never been a huge fan if ORS, don’t know why.

BUT, that’s a beautiful guitar!! If it plays half as good as it looks, awesome score!
