Holy crap that dude's dad played with the Killer Bees. We use to see them a lot in the late 80's/early 90's. Saw a Party on the Plaza with them a few times and another show with Dread Zeppelin.

speaking of drummers, Stewart Copeland listed this "Mexican Wedding Band" guy as one the top drummers he's ever seen and he has blown up on instagram and tiktok in the last month.

He is why Primus scheduled a show at the historic Shreveport Municipal Auditorium. I hope people show up. I am going try to go the show here at the Bomb Factory in Dallas.

Have a Camp on Lake Bistineau so we are driving up for this. Brit Floyd in August.
Municipal is a great place for a show. I think the turnout will be ok (I hope the turnout will be ok but its fricking Shreveport right?).

Yeah he landed the gig. Already plaid a bit last month for the Live In The Sand gig in the Dominican Republic. Danny Carey from tool was the fill in drummer but they did a song or two with the new guy. (And Danny together)
I have tickets for Sessanta in Palm Springs in a few weeks so looking forward to seeing them there
