New self titled album is pretty solid. Looking forward to seeing them tonight in Birmingham. Will be my first time and partaking in some psychedelics for the show.

What’s the boards thoughts on them? Any show experiences worth sharing?

I like them, but I have to be in the right mood for it.

My favorite band of the last 15 years. I have seen many many shows, and every single one is a blast. Definitely one of the best live bands to witness.

New record is solid and growing on me, but I don't love it yet. Musically it's very good, but vocally it feels uninspired.

Debating whether to go Halloween night at the Orpheum. Person I was supposed to go with bailed, and wife (no pics) not interested. Still tix on the secondary market but a little pricey.

they have really good studio albums. Saw them once about 10-12 years ago and it must've been an off night. I didn't enjoy the show as much as I was expecting. But I agree, the new album is solid.

If you can afford it, definitely worth seeing live.

I just found mine on stubhub last night. Floor GA for $65, was $95 after all the fees. I believe the TM onsale with fees was $75 total, so not a terrible price for secondary. There were 8 available, but I just checked and doesn't look like they are anymore.

I was quite pissed with the original onsale. Me and a friend were both on for both presales and the general onsale, and every time we kept getting bounced when tickets were showing available. It was a complete mess which forced us to have to buy secondary. TM is a joke.

You are in for a hell of a night. Should be a special show with it at the Alabama theater. By far my favorite band to see live, especially if you are partaking in some extracurricular activities. Got a group of 8 going, all of us have seen them 10+ times now.

I still like them but not crazy about how Jim James's voice has changed in recent years. At Dawn through Z is my favorite MMJ.

I did see them at Jazz Fest in 2016. They put on a very good show.

Hell yes it was. Hate that I didn’t grab a poster.

One of the best live shows I’ve been to in a long time.

Just got home from the NOLA show. They were on fire tonight. They came with the intention of putting on a pure rock show and that’s what they accomplished. They didn’t play any of their mellow songs except for Dondante, but even that one they turn into a rock jam. It was weird not seeing Jim James do any solo acoustic songs, but that seemed to be their approach with this tour. It was all high energy rock. Loved it

Caught them at Bonnaroo in '06, having never heard of them before. They were phenomenal...I mean really phenomenal. I've been a fan ever since.
