I can do whatever you want done. If you can send me some siding off of your Grandparents house, I can make a pickguard out of that, with their paint still on it.
Or, I can just get real close to that color, with some other lumber.

I trust you to get more than close enough. I don’t want to get stung by yellow jackets trying to carve off a chunk of cypress siding

Ok then, when I email you later, and you reply, add some photos of your guitar. It will help me get the color and tone just right.
If you trace out your pickguard on thin paper with the holes marked too, that can also help get it right.
