Music compilation for my Dad's 75th - Songs about trains

My dad turns 75 this week and we are having a birthday celebration for him. I was thinking it would be nice to put together a compilation of songs for him. He has always loved trains. Just a few weeks ago he drove from Alabama to Colorado again to ride the Durango to Silverton train for about the tenth time. He also visits Chattanooga frequently to ride old steam engines. He loves music, but not much rock or country unless it is pre 1960. He enjoys music from artist like Henry Mancini or The Platters, so even though "Last Train to London" by ELO has a great funky bass line and "Crazy Train" by Ozzy has an iconic intro, Dad wouldn't like either one of them.
Here are a few I thought of that he would enjoy. Any other suggestions?
People Get Ready - Curtis Mayfield
City of New Orleans - Arlo Guthrie
Chattanooga Choo Choo - Glenn Miller

Jimmie Rodgers I guess was the ultimate railroad song singer, like Waiting for a Train

Haha, while it is a catchy song, I can't visualize my dad singing, "driving that train, high on cocaine"

Sticking with early Cash, there is The Wreck of the Old '97 and Hey, Porter.

Heh heh. Well, the Dead sang a lot of train songs. There's also Might as Well, The Monkey & The Engineer (a Jesse Fuller cover), and Tons of Steel, off the top of my head.

Made me think of another good one as I listened to it, "MTA" by The Kingston Trio.
