This tour is interesting. Playing Austin & NOLA(outdoors at Champion Square) & no Dallas or Houston. I am actually impressed with this.

Saw them for the first time at Voodoo in 2010. I had no idea what to expect. They fricking rocked the stage. Best performance that year, by far. I will definitely see them when they come here.

That whole night was amazing. Metric to Weezer to Muse.

I'm definitely going to be there. Thirty Seconds to Mars opening for them. It's going to be a hell of a show. Muse has been on my bucket list for a while now.

Bump. Tickets on pre sale.
My code was MVF6Mnz5dF. Not sure it that's individualized or not. I had signed up for presale notification.

Saw them in Houston for their previous two tours. The Resistance show was outstanding. The last one left a lot to be desired for me. The stage show was great, but they were much more static and choreographed. Bellamy in the past (I have their Wembly live dvd) would jam out between songs and have fun on stage. It's as if the fame has influenced them, and they have become too structured as a result in order to fulfill an image. A lot could be that I disliked that last record and can't stand the new one. I used to love this band, but they have lost me.
I would like to see them again, but outdoors in that June heat is a terrible idea.

Their last great record was Absolution IMO; I first saw them live in 2006 at the Tabernacle in Atlanta for the Black Holes and Revelations tour and they were unreal. I think that record was their Black Album(Metallica) though. While it had some really good songs it was obvious that their creative wave had crested and everything since has been somewhat less good. I'll be seeing them though since they're playing blocks from my home.

Resistance was great, 2nd Law was awful and I found Drones to be a slight return to form. Nothing will touch the Absolution/OOS/Black Holes days but as long as they steer clear of The 2nd Law it should be a great show.
