I don't know how much of a singer Jonathan Davis is but you don't hear anybody like that. Cornell in his prime just had it all, talent, tone, originality. Maynard is a great pick too, nobody has sounded like him before or after and that voice matched the music and themes perfectly. The pre-chorus of Sober is almost like listening to a Charles Manson or Adolf Hitler rant, frantic but mesmerizing.
