Merle Haggard Nola concert question

Did any of you that went to see The Hag and Jamey Johnson at Champions Square a few weeks back happen to catch the name of the guy who came out and played acoustic before Jamey Johnson played? He was pretty good. Wouldn't mind checking out some of his original stuff if I can find out his name.

Jamey Johnson's guitar player. Not sure of his name but he is Jamey's regular guitar player.

Indeed it was. Merle was phenomenal.

that whole show was great! the guy you are referring to is Chris Hennessee he has a song on iTunes he sang at the show called red dress

That was a great show. I was happy to see so many people there. I wasn't sure what the turnout would be. Thanks for the name. I'm about to look the guy up now.

To make it better, it looks like Jamey Johnson is headlining a show at NOLA's new Civic Theatre on November 14th!
