Saw this same show in Irving this past fall. Go to this show if you can. It’s unreal. I wish I could go to this. Megadeth played The Conjuring at my show & I saw where they played Wake Up Dead at The Woodlands show so they are changing out the set list. Lamb of God is amazing live.

I'm just shocked and happy the Cajundome is booking a concert that isn't country for the first time in like 15 years (that's an exaggeration, kind of).

James Lomenzo. If you would have told me in 1988 that the bass player for White Lion would be playing with Megadeth in 2021-2022 I would laughed in your face.

I saw him with White Lion in 1989. I also have one of his Doom Crew, Inc. autographed picks from a Black Label Society show.

Lamb of God was incredible. Absolutely tore it down. In comparison Megadeth seemed precise but flat. Great show overall.

Just got home. I have to agree. Lamb of God was unbelievable. Heavy, loud, great show. Megadeth was good as well, but LoG was bad arse.

Thanks for the reviews. At the Irving show in August was the first time I think I’ve ever seen Megadeth upstaged by a band that came on before them & I’m a Megadeth fanatic. Megadeth was still great but Lamb of God is just a monster live band. How was the crowd?

In Flames was a good opening act. The drummer pounds the absolute hell out of those drums. I’d never heard them before but will definitely add them to my playlist.
Trivium I had heard before but not seen live. They put on a good show and have surprisingly good harmonies.
LOG were on another level. The energy of that entire band just makes the viewing experience great. They look like they are having a blast putting on a show for you.
Megadeth, as mentioned above, seemed meh. Musically it was great but seemed like they just rushed through the set.
A good bit of people were In Flames and Trivium fans and in to their sets. The crowd really came alive with LOG. I don’t think it was at capacity but pretty close. No fights or other BS that I know of. Seemed like a cool bunch of metal heads having a good time.
