JT is my dads favorite band. So I’m all in.

music is great but was it ever mainstream?

way back in 1988 when “boxed sets” were the newest thing, I bought “20 years of jethro tull”. Bouree is on that among dozens of lesser known tull songs including the entire chateau d’isaster sessions. it’s a trip

saw them in 1989 at UNO and it’s was an incredible show

I saw them live once...Ian sounded like he was singing at a minstrel or puppet show, was over dramatic and annoying as frick. Left midway through. Friend that stayed said he totally butchered Locomotive Breath, glad I didn't stay cause I really liked that song

When we were kids we had a best of JT album that we got my dad from Sam’s

We actually met Ian Anderson’s and asked him to sign it. Apparently it was unapproved. He signed it but asked if he could write down all the information. Super nice guy.
