Is there a more under appreciated band than Porcupine Tree?

I mean there is no objectively correct answer to this, but two I seem to love that I don't hear too much about are Sunset Rubdown and The Dismemberment Plan.

Every hipster thinks the band they like is criminally under appreciated. . .forgetting the fact that this anonymity is a large factor in why said hipster digs them.
Don't worry, if they are good enough, they'll get radio play. . .and then you can say you never liked them.

You're an ignorant arse. I guarantee there are not more talented bands unsigned. Steven is a master writer and even moreso as an engineer and producer. Gavin is arguably the best drummer alive. The artists that ask to work with them (Alex Lifeson, Adrian Belew, and MikeAkerfeldt) speak volumes.
The fact that you mentioned hipsters with a major prog band pretty much says it all.

You will see more old men than hipsters at a PT show. For those who didn't know, Steven shelved Porcupine Tree until it is reinvigorated. Could mean line-up changes.
