I second The Garden by Guns N Roses. I’ll add The Bitter Pill by Warrant.
Not 90s… but Velvet Revolver - Fall to Pieces sounds like it should’ve come out in the 90s. And it’s full of older 80s/90s musicians.

Dang! A Tora Tora reference! That’s awesome, those guys lived in my neighborhood when I was a young kid, one of the reasons I started playing the guitar. Takes me back to shooting hoops in my buddy’s driveway and hearing them beating on the drums practicing on the other side of our neighborhood, good times.
