Maybe I haven't listened to enough of them but I think I have.

I had an officemate once who would listen to jam bands at work. I had to put a stop to that. I don't know the entire extent of that dude's jam band catalogue but I can still hear that terrible terrible music in my head, and it wasn't ABB what he was playing.

How many great songs do you think Phish has? Name them.

Do the same for Grateful Dead, Widespread, String Cheese and the rest of the shitty progeny.

I've been subjected to much of Widespread's music, and I think they have exactly one song that isn't terrible.

I hate the genre, but even I can admit that the dead wrote some pretty great songs...

They could always go out and find a homeless guy, or some re-tread, or some wanna-be to belt out a few during their shows.
