How odd is the North Korean Military Chorus performing Killing in the Name?

One of my YT music rabbit holes ended with this video and it struck me as the oddest thing ever, kinda like The Tabernacle Choir singing Highway to Hell.
Funny enough it is actually rather good. The chick playing the Strat made me laugh for some reason, not exactly Morello.
Unsurprisingly, the audience is methodically clapping on the 1 and 3.
