Help! I dont know what my Tele is

I got this on a trade and have kicked around the idea of selling it to buy another acoustic as I'm not really an electric guy.
The headstock has MIM serial number (MX18177317) but double bound MIM Telecasters don't seem to be a thing so I dont know if this is a relabeled Squire or a partscaster or legit.
Does anyone know anything about these? A buddy of mine said it was worth about $700 but I'm not sure.

That appears to be a 2018 MIM, maybe a deluxe model. Good looking guitar. 700 would be a good asking price, and see what you can get for it.
Edit: I didn't pay attention to that neck plate before, until somebody pointed it out below. I suppose that is a partscaster. How does it sound and play? intonation? does it stay in tune? controls all seem OK?
It's a good looking guitar, got a nice case, and if it plays and works fine, I would still start out asking $700 for it and see what I could get.

Pretty finish and pick guard

Yeah, this looks like a Frankentele. '63 Tele Custom body with the binding, a Fender Custom Shop neck plate, vintage tuning machines and MIM serial number. I haven't really kept up with Fender's new guitars the last few years though.
She sure is pretty.

Yeah that neck and neck plate don't seem to belong together.
Big question would under the pickguard. What kind of guts? Thing looks great. Mexican neck, who cares? Squier PU's though? Somebody would care.

I work with Fender products daily and I can't keep up with all their variations, particularly over the last 20 years.
That being said, the neck pickup appears to be direct mounted and not floating on the pickguard. Unscrew the pickguard, remove it (you can do that without even loosening strings on a 21-fret direct-mount-neck-pickup Tele) and share pictures of
a.) the pickguard's flipside (MIMs are often stickered, dated and signed off upon for QC) ... and
b.) what's going on under the guard on the body under the guard. Pickup rout and tooling marks (or lack of them) will shed light on country of manufacture. Recent USA Fenders often have bar codes in a pickup cavity that are scanned at various assembly line points for both QC and inventory tracking/control.

Update:
So I got in contact with the buider of this thing and according to him it is a Partscaster that he says he rebuilt as close to a 63/64 Tele as possible.
He says its a reissue neck and everything is Fender parts with pure vintage 64 Fender pickups.
