Harmonicas annoy the hell out of me

They're shrill and abrasive. Most of the new artists who play them have them for bonus instrument points but never learned the proper way to play them dynamically. There's only a few songs with a standout harmonica part that I would actually miss if it were gone. Give me an accordion or fiddle anyday.

I think the accordion can be just as harsh. It's one of the reasons I hate zydeco. On the flip side, one of my favorite bands is Beirut, and they feature accordion on many of their songs.

I always turn it down when it hits. Such a mid ranged song and then WAAAA WAAAAAA. I guess it's just my taste.

Upbeat blues like that I have no problem with. That sounds pretty good. Just don't like it in slower non bluesy stuff. Popper sounded good in their pop stuff though
