Just come across this Live Performance. I’ve only seen the video version. Talked about this on a previous Shannon Hoon Birthday thread.
I’m a big Blind Melon Fan and this performance will go down as one of my favorites. You can hear Shannon’s voice so clearly along side Axl’s very powerful voice. The beginning gives me chills. Absolute Perfection IMO

This was in May 91 before the UYI albums had even come out(they were released in the fall of that year) & before anyone knew who Shannon Hoon was in Blind Melon so 99% of the people in the crowd were hearing this song for the 1st time. This is great.

Can you imagine if we had social media back then. That concert goes viral with that new song and strange man singing vocals with Axl. Then he ends up in the video as well. No one in the world knew this was happening except for the people at the concert.
Crazy to imagine how Social Media affects everything now.
These kids have it so easy these days to find new music and artist.
