Why aim low? Learn Neon by John Mayer. You might need to be quarantined for years.
Difficult song, but so damn fun to play. A shame it's in that funky tuning

Sheesh I would love to try to learn that one, but F chord is a killer for me. Small hands and barres are yikes, hard as hell.
Understood brother. Go HERE and hit the +/- of the Transpose button on the lower right to change the key of the song into chords you'd rather play.
You can also type in any song you want in the searchbox and transpose those. Enjoy!

Leadbelly/Nirvana "In the Pines" or "Where Did You Sleep last Night" Nirvana is in a simple alt tuning. Half step down.

When I come around by Green Day is very easy and has a fun strumming pattern.

That's 1 song that I wanted to learn from the start.I've played it for so long that it's 1 of about 3 songs that I have no idea what chords I'm playing. My fingers just do it from muscle memory."See Me,Feel Me" by The Who is the same.My fingers just go on auto-pilot.

George Jones - She Thinks I Still Care
You can fake the G7, C7, and D7 chords by just playing them straight, or use your quarantine time to learn how to finger the 7ths on those chords

Those are really easy variants to go ahead and learn. All of the Major 7ths really are easy. Some are easier than the standard.

Be Quiet and Drive by Deftones. I highly suggest delving into them if you haven’t already. When you have this much free time, listening to their albums front to back, looking up stuff they did with Chi before he passed away that was never released in addition to b-sides and rarities and live performances is really a treat. I remember how it felt delving into Nirvana when I was 12, then RHCP when I was 14, but getting into Deftones, Tool and QOTSA big time at 16 really left it’s mark on me. Very soothing.

Maybe . . .
Stormy Monday (T Bone Walker) - since you mentioned blues. You can do easy in A with just D's and E.
Angel from Montgomery; is a pretty easy G-C-D with some just F in the chorus. (eta: lot of John Prine is easy - it's all in his lyrics )
Redemption Song (B'Marley) gets you some minors, doesn't require barre chords, and rather slow but with great feel (eta: and has that real cool intro that's more like an easy walk)

Nice post above
I think I'm having an ADD problem with starting to learn one song, then another, before completely learning the first, or any for that matter
