If you put the link you don’t need to post the entire link on your response. One of the other is internet etiquette.

How does that support anything concerning George and singer/song writing?

You're acting like no one knows who he was simply because he was not John Lennon or Paul McCartney. It's a bit like saying no one knows who Keith Moon was because he was not Roger Daltry or Pete Townshend or that no one knows who John Bonham was because he wasn't Robert Plant or Jimmy Page.

Warren Zevon, Gordon Lightfoot, and Gram Parsons. Probably ought to throw Jeff Lynne in there too.

This isn't a don't know who he is thread. This is an underrated singer/songwriter thread. You are either really dumb, or you didn't pay attention. Nothing you have posted in here makes any sense in the context of the thread.

But saying Harrison is underrated in any context outside of "relative to John Lennon and Paul McCartney, maybe the two most famous pop songwriters of all time" is absurd.

See, that is in context. You're wrong, but at least you're in context

but that’s the thing. the vast majority of people immediately compare him to those two before even trying to size him up against the rest of the world.

other non-beatle singer/song writers don’t really to go through that immediately and get compared to rest of industry before having to compete with the very top.
