For those who haven't seen video of PF live go check it out. Their live performances were incredible. Amazing how these guys sounded live, and the light show in my opinion was the best ever done. There is a DVD called Pulse with David Gilmour that is really extraordinary. The Wall concert is arguably the greatest concept performance ever. For those not familiar with it, a gigantic wall is built across the entire stage as the concert progresses, climaxing with it being knocked at the end. Really cool stuff. Please forgive my clear bias on the topic.

Chalk up another vote for Pink Floyd. Queen was solid as a rock as a band with many great songs and timeless anthems. However, Pink Floyd is one of the few bands that can move me emotionally. If you aren't moved by PF songs like "On the Turning Away", "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", and "Wish You Were Here" you are incapable of being moved. I like Queen but none of their songs have the same effect on me.

I vote Pink Floyd, Im surprised by the Queens resilient supporters in this thread though. But Pink Floyd is one of the top 5 bands ever IMV.

But Floyd's music as a whole is what gives them the victory in this match. Queen is known for many hits but their albums contain a ton of filler. Floyd's albums were complete....not to mention Gilmour killing it with those blues riffs over and over.
