And they certainly lived up to the hype that many on this board had built up phenomenal show. Easily my second favorite set of the entire festival. The lights were something else thankfully I’m not an epileptic

Was able to snag a spot on the rails so had a fantastic view of the band as well. Definitely recommend them for those who haven’t seen them

Bruh, I sat next to an epileptic at a NIN show in Houston years ago. I thought she was OD'ing next to me until her friend told us she's epileptic. We basically had to crowd surf her non-responsive to an exit.

the might be the best told ya so I've ever been a part of.

Happy you got to see them, Trent is an unreal producer and an amazing stage presence.

I was getting my spot secured right before Chrvches so no I missed them. I’ll say this the lead singer of Chrvches is basically an Irish pop version of Hayley Williams

Also didn’t expect her to come out with her arms drenched in blood that was a sight to see

If you went to Shaky Knees and didn’t go see Godspeed You! Black Emperor, then I have to question your musical tastes. I saw them last night in Bham and the destroyed the building.

I had floor for NIN with a perfect circle opening back in like 99/2000 or something. I ended up about 2 people back from the stage. I felt like I had been beaten the next day but its always been my favorite show... by far.

I did not go see them but now I kind of which I did based on from what I’ve heard. I was actually getting a good spot for Green Day during that time since I knew there was no way I could get an even decent spot if I saw one of the 8:15 sets

I was there for that. It was in 2000. NIN was touring for The Fragile and Perfect Circle released their debut album that exact day.

I’ve seen NIN 5 times, the tour for Downward Spiral will forever be burned in my physche. That video for Hurt was chilling. I still get chill bumps thinking about that show.

If you're talking about the New Orleans show, I was right there with you. Maynard was so fricked up he could barely perform.
