I love NPR's tiny desk; I typically find one from an artist I like on youtube and then just let it run into other sets. I've seen a lot of live music but for some reason, the intimate setting of tiny desk seems to highlight just how talented some of these people are. I thought I'd put some of my favorites and see if there were others people recommend.

Probably my all-time favorite tiny desk Andrew Bird

I liked his music prior but this cemented my appreciation for Anderson Paak

And a couple others:

Big fan here.

Lake street dive and Leanne la havas are two probably lesser known but great ones.

Keep waiting on Tyler Childers to get his arse there.

Thundercat

Tegan and Sara

Tinariwen

Billy Corgan

I feel like KEXP Live is superior to the Tiny Desk Sets.

They have a Roku channel I just added and I watched several over the weekend. Some that stood out to me..

Kasey Musgraves
The Cramberries
Natalie Merchant(I'm biased though, and love her)
Anderson Paak

Forgetting a couple. I plan on going through all of them.

It's like EDM, but actually real. Their drummer is fricking insane.

I saw him live for the first time last week when he played Workplay in BHM. He put on a hell of a show. He played a few acoustic at the end that really showed off his pipes. Big fan.
