Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger,Popular by Nada Surf, and Sex and Candy by Marcy Playground. All three bands had some seriously great albums, but people only remember that one hit- shame.

Harvey Danger and Nada Surf in particular had a heavy place on my musical rotation for years.


Don't know if it qualifies because it was a minor hit, but Pinback's Good To Sea You is also excellent.

also what about 'i got a brand new pair of rollerskates, you got a brand new key'. no idea the actual name of that song.

yesssir thats it. played on fm102 in monroe all the time back in the late 70s.

yeah, i remember it but, had no idea who sang it. I remember something like mentioning every room in the house .And apparently the video even gets blocked
