I was never much of a fan of Freebird growing up, but I have played the hell out of the Lynyrd Skynyrd 1976 performance at the Knebworth Festival in the UK. The guitarists just burn it down. Have some beers, fire it up on Youtube, run it through the surround, and crank it up. The whole concert is available, but I have worn out the Freebird section. SRV Live at the El Mocambo is probably the whole concert I've watched the most. I have the DVD.

Both are great concerts, I particularly like the SRV show..., there's a shot of some dude clapping after SRV finishes a tune and he's just clapping with his jaw dropped to the floor like he's seen something he'll never witness again.

There is one of him at the Rockpalst that is pretty good.

And yes, that is where my screen name comes from. I picked it at random just to have one.

Very tight live performance with some excellent studio musicians.

The crowd is a little soft but that's expected at Pinkpop.

Stevie Nicks White Winged Dove Tour 1981

Lordy, I wish they'd release a Bluray of this. They did finally release it on CD as part of the 3 disc Bella Donna remaster.

This one is so good it was removed from YT. Now there’s just a chopped up version. The Stones in 1971 at the Marquee Club. Can you imagine seeing them in such a small venue? Great shots of Bobby Keys
Really tight set.
