I just watched the "Rash" special on Palladia that was the concert from Cleveland in 2011. Good stuff.
Limelight - one of the best "written" songs of all time. What I mean by that is, very obviously, not even one second or part of that song is an accident. They were scientists and technicians who built something in a lab from scratch...and yet it still has heart and soul and is glorious. The last 30 seconds still bring tears.
Stick It Out - someone else mentioned Counterparts. This song is really awesome (and one of the few dropped-D tunings from Rush I can ever recall)
Spirit of the Radio - the intro is the very definition of greatness.
Subdivisions - the best of the synth era
Time Stand Still - lyrically and atmospherically my favorite of theirs. Gives me chills and slight melancholy, still after the many hundreds of listens I've given it.

YYZ - the scientists, back in the lab. One of the great instrumentals of all time.

Despite it not being cool for hard core Rush fans to name this song, I think Tom Sawyer is one of the greatest rock recordings.
2. La Villa Strangiato (I recorded this clip - great version!)

6. Vital Signs (underrated song!)

I also am in the camp of knowing the entire library of work very well but tend to like the era that encompasses Roll the Bones, Hold Your Fire, & Presto--I iust like 'em a little better.

They've been around so long, they have about 4-5 distinct sounding 'eras'.
