Culture Bar in BR given cease and desist notice

Culture Bar, which opened about two months ago, quickly made a mark on Baton Rouge's nightlife when manager and local event promoter Jay Price snagged nationally recognized performer Andrew WK for an impromptu performance.
The letter posted outside Culture Bar is dated Aug. 27 and is signed by Peter Q. John of The Q Law Firm in Baton Rouge. It states the bar "was illegally selling alcohol within the establishment under (Muyiwa Akinniy's) Alcohol license."

We went a couple times to check it out but I never saw why they kept suggesting to go back.
Don't get me wrong it wasnt a crappy placeand apparently had punk/rap shows 3 times a week, so that's cool I guess. Who's the creepy guy that always slicks his hair back and wears a bow tie?
