Not sure I agree. I can think of quite a few albums from big acts that have no redeeming qualities.

...
Mardi Gras by CCR
Door to Door by the Cars
Behind the Mask by Fleetwood Mac
Long Road out of Eden by The Eagles

...there's more but my head hurts thinking about sh&t music.

Steve Earle
Shut Up and Die Like an Aviator

One critic call it "an abomination of a live album"

It's not Rumours but Tusk is seen as a disappointment. There are some great songs on Tusk. "Sisters of the Moon" is a top ten Fleetwood Mac song and maybe the best one live with an awesome John McVie bass line and Stevie brings it.

LINK. Sisters of the Moon - LIVE 1981

It has a handful of good songs on it... "I Know I'm not Wrong, Sisters of the Moon, Storms. Angel." But it's a pretty crummy album.

Yeah - When Bleach came out there was a nice buzz and it was well received... its still the record I listen to the most from their catalog...

edit: It just came out in the era before "alternative" became mainstream... thats why it and the large majority of those types of records were ignored by the mainstream..

The Replacements - All Shook Down

This one was largely tossed aside as not a true Mats record and more of a PW solo record... that said, I still enjoy it and def was a precursor to Paul's solo work..

Think About Me
Over and Over

Not a crummy album, just not Rumours. Buckingham went too far making it a double album though.
