Bruce Springsteen new album

I know, I know this board hates him and he’s the most overrated ever, and I would tend to agree. But I guy I rode to work with this morning had the album playing and it’s easily the best he’s done in decades. Solid flow and his band sounds terrific. It wasn’t bad at all

I just have a hard time getting into the later albums of artists who were popular decades ago. It’s hard to get over IMO.

Wow. His political banter annoys the hell out of me but you could say that about a lot of artists. His run of Born To Run through Born In The USA puts him on the top shelf for me.

I listened yesterday and I was surprised a bit by it... Its definitely my favorite by Bruce in quite a while... You can definitely tell the few tunes he brought from the 70s... at 71, Bruce is still cranking out very good music.. 
Now I just need a good 3 1/2 hour live performance, to bring me out of the doldrums of this 7 month covid haze..
