Of course Trey Anastasio is in here trying to make this a phish thread like he always does 
Dave Matthews Band is the truth and if you don't think that then you obviously haven't been to see him live. It's truly an amazing experience.
Widespread Panic is also an INCREDIBLE jam band. Not many bands can top their jams. They improvise differently every show, especially Herring. Dave Schools is the best bass player out there right now. Guy brings the heat every show. Very few musicians have ever been able to top what they've done not even the Grateful Dead.
It's pretty neck and neck but honestly DMB is better by a small margin because they have a larger following and sell out venues like the gorge.
