This has been discussed several times. Overall I would have to go with 10, but Nevermind may have been the more infuential album for rock music.

Not so much. If Cobain could do anything, it was translate his anger into music, good or bad. Eddie came off as much more whiney. Musically, PJ was much more polished and slick, Nirvana was raw and chaotic. Different strokes I reckon. Overall, grunge is not nearly as important in the bigger musical picture as many would like it to be.

Ten defines that whole movement more to me than Nevermind. It clicked more with me than the Nirvana offering.

As I said, to each his own. I can't even listen to anything off of Ten any more due to radio playing it into the ground. PJ was definitely the more radio-friendly of the two.

I have no problem with radio friendly, at all. Some great songs were. Early 90's were a great time for mainstream radio rock.
