Best headphones for the price

I own about six pair ranging from $95 (Grado) to $2000 (McIntosh). I have PhoNon ($300--Japanese--one of my favorites), Focal ($250), B&O ($500--also very good for the money), and BeyerDynamic ($1600)
Focal...about $200-$300 depending on model.
The PhoNon phones are imported and sold exclusively at StereoExchange in Manhattan, NY.
I understand that the Oppo headphones are great, but I haven't had a chance to hear them.
For cheaper, Grado has many that are between $80 and $250.
What is your budget?

I've got Sennheiser Momentums and love them. Think I got them for $200 but they released a new model that is $350.
I hear Audio-Technica ATH-M50x are the best bang for your buck at around $150

Also...the Sony MDR v6 is a fantastic headphone. Sony has produced excellent phones for years. I believe they are in the $150 range, but I need to check on that.

I use Marshall Monitor Headphones, and they are fantastic especially for the price. Great for casual use, or for recording. I've had Audio Technica before and that's another brand I'd recommend.
The Marshall Monitors you can get them on amazon for a really good deal around $115, they are $200+ usually

When I was looking a while back, I settle on Klipsch Image S4's. At around $70 they were regarded as the best bang for the buck ear buds. Also have a set of V-Moda ear buds that I like, quality construction and good sound...also about $70

UE Triple Fi 10s
I own others and have tried a bunch of others, but considering these are the ones I use, I'd recommend the momentum on ears if you need portables.
The HD598s are the best consumer headphone for the money and have been for a couple of years IMO. But they're open, so it may not work for you.
For 50 bucks, I bought someone the Creative Aurvanas and they really enjoyed them.

My V-MODA's are a great headphone for the price. Clear sound and good lows. They look super sleek too.

I have these, and yes, they are definitely worth the price (currently $170 on Amazon). They are big and bulky, but the sound is really clear and detailed, and they actually have good bass for a studio headphone. I listen to these mostly at work.

seems like a good call,, I actually have some cheap JVC's I'm sure I got at BB for like 15 bucks, no idea what I actually thought I'd use them for but now I use them for watching video/sports at night, when I fall asleep they just come off and the noise won't wake me up.
