Millennium was actually a great album.

Better songs, better singers, better sales, just overall better group.
Pfft, better songs and singers my arse. Ain't nobody beating "Tearing up my Heart" and "Bye, Bye, Bye"! I don't think BSB had better sales either. I can remember that second Nsync album selling like 2 million albums in its first week.

Over how many albums? I know N'sync only had like 3 albums. Not sure how many BSB had.

I Want it That Way, Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely, As Long as you Love Me, Everybody, All I Have to Give. Had those songs done by any other contemporary artist not in a boy band, they would have been huge hits or I should say BIGGER hits because those songs were already all popular. And yes, their singing was much better. All of the BSB sang. Nsync had 2 lead singers and 3 puppets.

Psh. Their sales were much better than Nsync. Took this from Wiki.

The Backstreet Boys have sold over 130 million records worldwide,[7] making them the best-selling boy band of all time,[8] and one of the world's best-selling music artists. They are the first group since Sade to have their first seven albums reach the top 10 on the Billboard 200.[9] They are also set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013.
Nsync was pretty much Lou Molestor Pearlman's carbon copy of BSB. BSB formed 20 years ago and they're still performing.

Why the hell I'm doing this I don't know, but I went and looked
I'm going to go during their peak years and pick the first three albums, which is really what everyone will be thinking about anyway.
BSB
Backstreet Boys: 10 mil
Millennium: 12 mil
Black and Blue: 5 mil
Nsync
Nsync: 10 mil
No Strings Attached: 11 mil
Celebrity: 5 mil
So BSB did sell more, but it's pretty damn close. These are US sales figures btw.

BSB is still performing with fricking New Kids on the Block. Big shite. I really only think about JT when I'm think of Nsync anyway, and he's much much more popular. I guess maybe BSB is a better actual band though, since JT is the only one I really remember

Bigger hits? No way. Do you not remember how popular boy bands were? They were freakin' everywhere.

JT is definitely the most talented of them all by far. When it comes to groups though, BSB is just a much better vocal group IMO.
Jt didn't even need the other 4 dudes in the 90s. He should have just started out on his own and became the second coming of MJ.
