Immediate impressions after 30 minutes...
I now have bass in the listening position. Regarding the highs, it will take some getting used to—it is a bit softer...Beryllium tweets are hard to beat and move away from.
I’m gonna have to run them for a few hundred hours and then do some critical listening.

So far...I like them. I have about 100 hours of hard playing on them.
I decided to get rid of the couch in the room and get a Stressless leather recliner from Norway. It will allow me to sit about 3 more feet back—I still have a bit of a bass null in the current spot and am tired of fighting it. The bass comes alive just about 3 feet behind the current spot, so it is a heck of a lot easier to just move the listening spot than to chase the bass issue in the current spot.
And besides, it is usually just me in there about 90% of the time. I can’t just move the couch back because it will block access to all the cabinets storing all the media in the back of the room. A Scandinavian type recliner can be easily moved when I want to get into the cabinets.
Probably This chair...takes about 30 days to come in if I order it tomorrow.
The sound is a bit different than what I have been used to for the last decade—not better or worse for now, just different. I have found them to be pretty smooth on the top end. They also are behaving a good bit better in my room than the Focals—not a knock against the Focals, it’s just that in this room, the Audio Solutions are giving me a flatter frequency response with fewer peaks and valleys.
In the old room, the Focals were damn near perfect.

That's the exact chair I put in my imaginary listening room. I tried them out at Galeries Acadiana in Lafayette and they're awesome.

Yeah, we’ve all heard this record a million times, and I was somewhat skeptical about dropping a bill on this, but this is really an amazing release! Immense soundstage, dead black backgrounds, I’ve never heard it quite like this. The drums are probably the biggest highlight for me, and Jimi’s voice sounds like he’s right there with you. Very well done and only 5,000 copies pressed of the stereo version. I’ll be keeping an eye on future UHQ releases from Acoustic Sounds...

Thanks for the report. I have been going back and forth on whether or not to buy this...and you might have just persuaded me. Plus, somehow, I don’t actually own any Jimi albums.

Yeah, they went quick. Looks like it’ll be available on Amazon June 7th for a tad bit more than the pre-order price. I also have the Sony Legacy pressing from 2010, which is pretty damn good in itself, and can be had for 15 bucks.
