In fact, the band was really a sanitized supergroup, which is the root of my problem with them

Really? Who would have guessed this would be a problem with you?

Still agree RATM better than AS

I dislike AS over RATM purely based on material head to head. The fact that all were famous before hand is non issue to me, I value everything CC did with TOTD, SG, & solo over AS. ZDLR and TM accordingly.

No earthly idea. My guess is your dads butthole?

You take the MB way too serious. You should come here to relax. That's what entertainment is for.

I had the privilege of making quite a few records with Jeff Tomei, he engineered for Butch Vig on Siamese Dream. Pretty amazing guy, doesn't get credit he deserves considering his catalogue.

Does Ty Segall count as an artist that went solo?

I'm gonna have to disagree, and say that most RATM/Soundgarden fans I know would disagree if not all of them would disagree.

I've explained it this way with Audioslave. I love steak and I love chocolate. So it seems like putting chocolate on a steak would be phenomenal right? But they don't go together at all.

That's how Audioslave has always sounded to me. It sounded forced.

That might be the first compliment ever given to Nickleback here.
