It's pretty awesome. On back of Falgout's Alligator Farm, people camp out all weekend.

80$/ weekend or $50/day pass ... all you can eat and drink. NOLA Brewery and guest chef Crescent Pie and Sausages' Bart bell preparing most of the food.

Music from Anders Osborn, Colin Lake, Ben Miller Band and more.

I went last year. I know the guys that put it on. Some of the best food you will ever eat, and some great music in a nice laid back relaxing festival. Can't go this year to a bachelor party in austin this weekend.

Im sure theres lots of good stuff, but to think its comparable to zapps seems like a stretch. There will literally be 100s of homebrews at zapps. I'd really like to make t bois one year though.

Wow it must have really grown over the last few years I don't remember there being that many when I last went 2 or 3 years ago.

The food menu for the weekend is:

Friday: Crescent Pie BBQ plate, pastalaya, fried fish, and red beans and rice.

Saturday: Alligator Sauce Piquante, Bad Bart Bell's Black Jambalaya, boiled crawfish, alligator shrimp and corn maque choux, chicken sausage gumbo, and alligator chilli

If you buy a VIP pass there will be a personal chef and more beer !

It's the trifecta, blues/beer/food fest !

I'll be there and love this festival. Looks like Mike really stepped it up this year. The VIP will have food cooked by Nathaniel Zimet. The alligator sauce piquante is worth the price of a GA ticket alone. Maybe not 100 homebrews but the beers will be very impressive for an event like this. Oh and the music kicks arse too.

If you are picking Zapps over t bois you are doing it wrong.

Depends. I'd be going to T Bois if it weren't for Zapps. Zapps is a ton of fun with our brew club. Start early in the morning and go all night.

I'm interested to see how this burning man thing goes. Might get a lil crazy. Hopefully this rain helps out the fun guys.
