Why would I wanna see a band that the singer isn’t there. Especially Layne Staley. Makes no sense. I’d rather listen on my Bose headphones
Because they're really good and they have Jerry Cantrell

AC/ DC packs in football stadiums with Axl Rose. Queen sells out arenas with a guy from American Idol. Journey sells out arenas with some Filipino twink. Why does anyone still pay to see those bands?
maybe so but I never bought the tickets. Agree to disagree. I am obsessed with Layne staley and Alice in chains but without him and starr I have no desire to go see them.

I do love him but it just isn't the same

I'm a young guy, and I couldn't care less who is currently still in Alice in Chains or not. I've always liked listening to them, and if people say they put on a great show, you better believe I'm gonna be there.

It's close enough. Cantrell was always the talent behind their music

Well I for one like the old AIC and the new and am looking forward to going. I have mine for St Augustine Amphitheatre in Florida for October. Can't wait.

Is this in person at Saenger box office only?

You da man Brosef! I scooped up two seat row P orchestra.

Orchestra Row C, aisle.
Only downside is I'm on the opposite side of the stage from JC.
Either way, I got lucky.

On Tuesday, Oct. 23, a movie production will be filming on Canal St., causing heavy traffic & lane closures. We ask that all guests attending our Alice in Chains show plan on arriving early due to lane closures around the Theatre.

I'm there!
And all you close-minded idiots who won't go because of Layne...that's just stupid. Will brings it. And Mike Starr? Who cares? Inez is a bad arse. Cantrell still sounds great. I am stoked for this.
