Karen O of the yeah yeah yeahs does this to me. And not just on a single song -- on most songs.
For example: every time she sings "hysteric": Yeah Yeah Yeahs -- Hysteric
Her voice just slays me.
Anybody else have one of these?

Most recently The Civil Wars duo sounds amazing. The song Poison and Wine is one of my favorite (chill giving)

Incredible duo. Their chemistry is outstanding. Their Vh1 storytellers might be the best I've seen.

If this thread isn't limited to a voice but also includes voices then nothing beats the 101 Best Loved Hymns soundtrack. The London Philharmonic Choir is backed by a huge orchestra on that soundtrack and has incredibly beautiful versions of classic hymns. Their version of "Praise to the Lord" is so beautiful and chill bump inducing that even the most hard core atheist would it.
