2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominees

To be honest, I never heard of half of them.
There are only 2 to get excited about this year--Stevie Ray Vaughn and Green Day.
It's a travesty that Judas Priest has yet to be nominated by those dull fogies.
I like Green Day and Judas Priest and I often listen to them back to back, but I always listen to Green Day first because Judas Priest blows them away. NOt even close in comparison in my opinion.

I don't think Lou Reed deserves to be in for solo. He's a critic's darling and that's why he may get in. Death doesn't hurt either. SRV and The Smiths deserve in.
<------ as does this guy's band. Chicago is blackballed by Wenner and the fact he controls it f'n sucks. Deep Purple and Yes deserve it too.

But it's fricking Lou Reed. How can Lou Reed not be in a RnR hall of fame? (oh yea, because the RnR HOF is really stupid) And him dying recently probably earned him the ticket.

yeah, if you're speaking of the person he should be... as a solo artist, if it wasn't for the VU, I'm not so sure... but he did record New York, that alone gets him in for me..
