Note: It appears that our billing goes thru the Google Play Store and not directly on the YTTV page, so if some are encountering that problem, this may be the reason.

No problem at all for me. Worked through a web browser on a computer. I've had YTTV since 2019 without any interruptions so it's definitely not just for new customers.

The little question mark by icon at the top.
I ended up chatting and getting the $10/6 months off to equal the discount available to most.
They had no explanation as to why I didn't have the $30/2 months discount.

I was just able to get $10 off by chatting with them. They told me it was a promotion for current customers, which I am, but he didn't give me any explanation why I didn't see it either.
