it's the whole girl power movement in hollyweird.
it wasn't enough to have 1 really strong female character.
had to add a pink haired marble mouth who likes to fight, a blonde who is the only person with the balls to ride a buffalo and a brunette who apparently likes to straddle busted up rodeo tools.
throw in the native american badass bitch and the african american ceo of a multi billion dollar company. full house

Rip from season 1 would never let this shite fly. Character development and progression are my biggest issues with this show.

Yeah I just refer to them as the "Strong Independent Minority Female Characters" since the writers have made their identity more important than anything resembling character development.
I don't have a problem with women being on the show, but the writers have no idea what to do with female characters. Every single woman on this show except Beth is a poorly written joke.
