I heard a lot about Yellowstone so I decided to watch it. I thought it would be a period Western but the episode was about some ranchers having a brawl with an outlaw motorcycle club that trespassed on their land. Never went back.

I don’t own enough leopard print or sparkles to chase cans anyway.

Watching this season? Pretty slow burn. Seem to add filler to turn 5-6 episodes into 8-10.

You didn’t like the 1st one either. No surprise because the 2 were similar. Most folks with military background or patriotic people enjoyed it. Even real pilots who made fun of several of the maneuvers were appreciative of the storyline and the cinematic aspects.

I have to do it to make a living. Which is why I hate going home and doing it some more. This time of year I spend my evenings outside by my pond having a drink as the sun sets.

Asp, I did 25, 50 and 100 mile endurance races on an Anglo-Arabs and mustangs with a 12 pd English saddle and hackmore… fun stuff in my younger days … covered 50 miles in 5.5 hours my last race in MS

I liked the first season. Then season 2 … wow it went to shite. Watched part of 3 and then bailed.
It’s an over the top soap opera. The plot is horrible and disjointed. It’s just bad writing.
I think it’s one of those things where people watch it just to be part of the club.

My first horse was an Arab and he was great. Endurance actually looks like a lot of fun. I have a friend who got into it a few years ago. That’s cool that you did some 100 milers.
