i like present day Van fine. she earned lifetime goodwill from me for Cant Hardly Wait. i find her somewhat attractive too. present day Tai is just a nothing character to me. she isnt particularly annoying or anything, i just dont care about her and the actress is so blah.
all of the scenes with them together are just so dull.

All of the present timeline chicks suck now except for Misty. Apparently Juliette Lewis wanted to leave the show though. Hillary Swank appears sometime this season supposedly as adult Melissa.
Also I bet "Pit Girl" ends up being the female hiker. Mari is too obvious.

That makes total sense..

I think Hilary is one of the bird watcher/hikers who was hidden but recorded the groups screaming in the wilderness. She wasn’t discovered like the others were and so now is blackmailing the survivors in the present timeline
There's some pretty confirmed spoilers out there about who the 3rd birdwatcher is.

I hope there is a plausible explanation for how these birdwatchers got so deep in the mountains after Nat and Travis had hiked all over the place (and mapped everything) and not seen a way out. Those must be some seriously capable backcountry birdwatchers.

People may have missed Van saying that both Gen and Melissa are dead when they were arguing on the road trip to Virginia (before Van started puking up blood). So I guess Hillary Swank is Hannah's daughter.

A lot of chatter on the Reddit that Melissa may have faked her death . I wish someone would straight up kill Shauna.
I don’t know what to believe
I get it’s out in the woods but man so much of this episode felt like “ the battle of winterfell” I couldn’t tell what the frick was happening or who was where as they hunted the scientists . It was way too dark.

I just want all of the Yellowjackets to be terminated. They have no redeeming qualities.

Pretty much where I am too. Natalie was the only one I felt any sympathy for. Hope they're painful deaths at that. Especially with Shauna.

I wish Laura Lee (the religious chick who tried to fly the plane in S1) had stuck around a lot longer. "Cheese and rice!"

Episode absolutely delivered. They packed so much into what felt like 25 minutes. When Shauna pulled up to the house I paused to see how much was left and was shocked it had been nearly 50 minutes in already.
Loved the backstory of the frog scientist, and that they gave it without focusing too much on it.
“Go frick your blood dirt Lottie” is an all time line.

I don’t know. These characters become more irredeemable by the episode. With severance over and white lotus not being enough I will keep watching but killing all of the scientists is as nonsensical as it possibly gets

lol I love I didn’t even read this post prior to ranting to a friend and then on here about how irredeemable all of them are.
I don’t even understand why they had to make all of them so insufferable. Shauna is just about fricking Satan at this point and there’s little to no reason behind her behavior

They said the scientists went missing 100 miles from where the Yellowjackets crash? How the frick does that make any sense?
This show is so bad but I want closure

The girls moved a ways from the crash. The scientists had moved a ways from last check in also.
100 mile gap? I get you but the crash site and where the scientist were last seen could have closed a good bit in search of frogs or girls case food
I'm hoping everybody dies but misty. I hate them all equally

Yeah the girls were at least 10-20 miles from the crash while at the cabin if I remember correctly, and it isn’t clear how far away the new camp is since the cabin burnt. The dude with the ax in his head were concerned they were heading too far south from where they were supposed to be. Assume they were 10 miles, which is an easy day hike, away then it’s not inconceivable they met up. Callie said they were last seen “less than 100 miles” from the crash.

Best ending would be Elijah Wood collecting all the surviving Yellowjackets and depositing them back at the crash site in the middle of winter to struggle until they inevitably perish.

I would like that.
Something tells me Shauna gonna come out smelling like a rose. And I will hate it. Easily the worst person of them all. Maybe the most interesting part is Callie now. We know Hannah and Kodiak die
