I love Firefly. Own it and Serenity on bluray and have recommended it to many people but...I have never liked its intro.

Everything about it just feels so cheap to me. I think they could have elicited the "space western" feel with another, better song and intro.

Eh. The show itself fell off in quality the last season, but the theme isn't that bad. Granted I usually skip it because I can, but it's decent and fits the tone of the show perfectly

I also think the theme song felt cheap and cheesy. The show deserved better. When I heard all the hype about the show, the theme song really threw me off. It made it seem like I was getting into some B level show. I didn't even make it through the first episode at first. I came back around a year or so later and watched the whole series and enjoyed it.
