Nicholas Cage in Port of Call 2. This movie is 100% over the top. It is so bad it is great.

I sincerely doubt that i'm the first in this thread to say this, but every dustin Hoffman movie ever made with particular emphasis on "outbreak"

dude sucks, and it's made even worse because his performances give me the vibe he takes it way too seriously.
