Why Does Perkins voluntarily go to meet Winston?

She neglects to kill Wick while he walks into Marcus’ house and then willingly meets with Winston? Are we supposed to believe she doesn’t know whatt’s gonna happen?

Well the contract was pulled at that point so there was no reason for her to kill him and we dont know what was said on the phone. She looked surprised when Winston's people appeared at the meet. I have no clue though.

And the movie only implies heavy punishments for breaking rules. Maybe she didn’t know how heavy those punishments were. Or maybe she knew how far-reaching the network was, so running was pointless.

Ask Derek Kolstad. That’s his challenge.
Maybe she didn’t have the skills or resources of a John Wick, so running was a waste. We don’t really know her circumstances compared to those of Wick. There’s a reason John Wick is a legend amongst the world’s best.
